Cancellation
At Chelsea’s Chair, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. That’s why I offer a flexible cancellation and no-show policy—there will only be a 20 % cancellation fee IF it is less than 24 hours of rescheduling/cancelling . Your comfort and convenience are top priorities, and I appreciate your communication if you need to reschedule. Please let me know as soon as possible if you can’t make it to your appointment, so I can better accommodate all clients.
